Rajabajee Terms & Conditions — Complete, Clear, and in English

Rajabajee (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Rajabajee. By using the platform, you agree to all of these terms.

Rajabajee is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Access from countries where online betting is prohibited by law, including Bangladesh, is not permitted. Any account opened with false information will have all associated claims considered void.

Rajabajee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. A notification will be posted on the platform when changes are made, and continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To register an account on Rajabajee, you must sign up with accurate and truthful information. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential — it must not be shared with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Rajabajee support immediately.
• Rajabajee may request ID or supporting documents at any time for age verification purposes.
• Opening or operating an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• If your registered details change, please update your profile immediately.

Rajabajee reserves the right to reject any registration or verify any account at its discretion. Large withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.

Rajabajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same.
• If a bonus is active, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• If a transaction appears unusual or suspicious, Rajabajee may place it on hold for review.

If a payment is delayed, please check your mobile banking app first. If the issue persists, contact Rajabajee support. Rajabajee is not liable for payments sent to incorrect numbers.

Rajabajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
• The minimum odds requirement for bets placed with a bonus is specified separately for each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or devices will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Free bets cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or attempting fraud may be closed.

Rajabajee has a set of core betting rules that all members must follow. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event at the same time (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Official data will be used to determine results in Live Betting to account for any network delays.

Rajabajee is committed to ensuring fair play at all times. In the event of any dispute, Rajabajee's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rajabajee. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or illegal means.
• Accessing the platform using hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

Rajabajee reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If you register using incorrect or false information.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• If the member requests account closure under responsible gaming.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. All valid balances can be withdrawn before closure; however, any bonus balances subject to cancellation will not be refunded.

Rajabajee accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses on bets due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party services (mobile banking).
• Losses resulting from a member's own password or account details being accessed by another party.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, server outages, and similar circumstances.

Rajabajee is committed to maintaining service quality at all times. However, we cannot be held liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues.

We may be required to share information under legal obligations or upon request by authorities. Additionally, reporting suspicious financial activity to regulatory bodies is our legal responsibility.

Rajabajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification will be posted on the platform.
• You will be notified at your registered email address (if applicable).
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
